Welcome
to photoslondon.com where you will see a selection of
my photos from 2004 to the present time.
Expect to see the typical icons visitors from around
the world come to London to see. Galleries within
these pages contain photos of Tower bridge; Big
Ben and the parliament buildings; the historic and
intriguing Tower of London with its colourful
past; Christopher Wren's masterpiece known as St Paul's
cathedral (currently the scene of an anti-capitalism
protest) and Britain's most popular paid attraction, a
newcomer with iconic status based over the river
Thames and is a spectacular focal point for seeing in
the New Year, the London eye. Although the
historic buildings and must see icons are a dominant
feature of this web, other
sights from the city that caught my eye and are
equally worthy of dwelling in a gallery about London
have their rightful exposure on photoslondon.com.
These other galleries include images from London's
parks and green spaces, the statues and sculptures
dotted around England's capital city, the urban
wildlife - swans, squirrels, insects and plants as
well as 'street art'. Last but certainly not
least any photo gallery based on a city should include
the people living and working in that city. My
photographs unfortunately capture a very limited view
of the human inhabitants but nevertheless people
galleries also see the light of day and night.
