these people have flocked in numbers to the Thames path in order to watch one of the river's many sightseeing boats pass by. When one is spotted there's fevered cheering, waving and fainting but the London ambulance brigade is on hand to give first aid to the tour boat anoraks who lose control at the mere sight of just one riverboat
