BEIJING OLYMPICS SUPPORTERS (LONDON)
the torchbearer run and ceremony through London was dogged by problems here in London and other countries.
Anti Chinese government protestors - protesting against that governments human rights record, particularly with
Tibet and the Tibetan people - were out in force with placards, banners and making their opinions known throughout
the day. There were arrests and i managed to get some photos of people being led away from the ceremony. The
crowd of younger people in the photo below are here as Chinese student ambassadors to support the Olympics
in Beijing (the ceremony at the games was fantastic) and i would not be too surprised if i am
being mocked through smiles as i'm waved to for this shot
