THAMES BARRIER AND SMALL CITY PLANE (LONDON LANDMARK)
perhaps the only reason tourists to London venture this far south in murky Charlton.
I lived close to here when i was in my pre teen and early teen years though the Thames
barrier might not have been in anyone's thinking at that time. This world famous landmark
and to some, eighth world wonder is London's main hope of avoiding major flooding though
what happens after the100 years of its usefulness i won't be around to find out.... or will i?
