SO WHAT IS GANGSTALKING?
This phrase is one of the main terms used to describe covert extrajudicial operations used on a person secretly selected to have their lives destroyed via a strategy that includes stalking, harassing, monitoring and surveillance. This programme is organised by what is referred to as the deep state and yes it does exist. A character assassination or smear campaign is also one of the methods used upon the human lab rat and unlike my fellow targets I am 100% convinced there is more than orchestrated tittle tattle spreading like a virus about me and something has been seen.... but what?

YOUR STAYING SILENT HELPS KEEP THIS PROGRAMME FROM BEING EXPOSED
THE POLICE ARE INVOLVED BECAUSE:
- I visited the local Police station in Peckham (south east London) in 2016 after becoming horrifyingly aware of my leper like status in 2015 though the gangstalking operations go back to at least 2009. I asked the Police to investigate what had been used to cause the character assassination and they said they would not be able to help unless I could name an individual involved. As strangers are doing the verbal hit-and-runs I could not identify any one individual. A few weeks later I receive a letter from the local mental health services offering me an appointment. I ring the phone number on the letter and ask why I had received this letter and was told the police referred my name! So the Police's response to investigating the patently obvious character assassination is to sneakily refer me to mental health.
- More evidence of their complicity in these operations is within my Police Merlin Report. I applied to the Police for this report because I was told a Merlin report was the (bogus) excuse used to make these referrals. One sentence among a few in that report stands out above the others and it's this '... He believes a pigeon and vehicles are talking to him...' WTF!!!
