POLICE WHISTLEBLOWER(S) REQUIRED

a British Police Officer's oath of allegiance to the Crown

I have no idea to what extent the average British copper or copperess pounding the streets around Britain, or more probably driving around them most of the time, has knowledge of targeted individuals/organised stalking/gangstalking. Is the ordinary beat bobby told it's all hogwash invented by the deluded or is he/she told the bare minimum, a need-to-know basis, and furnished with as little information as necessary and reminded of their obligations under the official secrecy act not to speak to anyone with regard to this or other classified topics?  But if aware of the targeted Individual phenomenon and obliged (read forced) by the corrupter elements further up the hierarchical chain to withhold such knowledge from the public are they not going against the swearing of allegiance oath to the Crown which every Police Officer must do which states '... upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to ALL people...'. This would indicate a contradiction if they were to ignore something they know is happening here in London, in Britain and perhaps less concerning - but no less important - to people far beyond our shores.

A Policeman and Policewoman's job is or was a secure one; well paid with a monetary rainbow at the end of that career in the form of a police pension. Things may have changed over the last few years so pay, job security and a pension jackpot may not be as good as it once was as is the case with more and more people. So, good jobs are becoming harder to find and automation is impacting on many peoples working lives causing additions to Britain's jobless. I'm not fooled by the tall tales from successive governments about decreases in figures of the unemployed as they speak and spoke with forked tongues and manipulate the figures by non-inclusions and other fiddles which do not give a true account of the situation. Most available jobs are of the poorly paid service sector variety and many of these are being filled by immigrants - eastern European and from those that have travelled from much further afield andmany of these jobs are Zero hours contracts which are not conducive to long term or short planning for the future.

So I do understand why a copper may not want to put a halt to a potentially reasonably comfortable life (not including the everyday duty dealing with some of the people encountered as part of everyday bobbying (not to be confused with bobby dazzling). But, and I'm assuming a copper knows more than the average person about organised stalking, surely if he or she does know the extent of surveillance and intrusion into a targeted individuals life then one must feel somewhat uneasy that it is allowed to continue. There is NO excuse in the world to turn a blind eye to the plight of some of those targeted who for the life of them have no clue as to why their lives are being ruined and often state they have done nothing to warrant such close attention and everyday harassment. I won't claim I am one of those innocents but the majority of those targeted anecdodally claim to be ordinary people so to allow just one good person to have their lives turned upside down with illegal intrusive and life sapping tactics is tantamount to the "...I was just following orders..." phrase trotted out and used somehow as a valid excuse for all sorts of obscene acts of violence and murder as we have seen in the past.

Police constables: they are the people we see patrolling our streets and meet after dialling 999 or 101. Here they prepare for a group hug. Could any of them come to the aid of those being gangstalked?  In 2013 there were approximately 130,000 police officers (full time) in England and Wales. That's a significant number. How many people are being gang-stalked here and in Wales? It only takes one good man or woman working within the forty three forces covering these two countries to speak out. One brave special policeman or woman to go public and put an end to this illegal programme of surveillance, harassment and harm

a protection of Police near City Hall during London's 2012 Olympic months

What I am earnestly asking on behalf of the real victims of organised harassment is for you the great British British 'bobby' serving the best police force in the world; our brave servants of the law and the so-called boys and girls in blue, the public face of our police service who we, the public call in times of trouble is for you to extend those long arms of yours, grab your whistle and blow! It falls upon you for only you can really lift the lid on what is going on to whistleblow on the subject of organised stalking and bring it to the attention of the masses who are obviously in the dark and very likely to have next to no knowledge about this.

By doing so it is understood that anonymity may have to be surrendered in order for the whistleblowing account(s) to be validated and this could mean the policewoman or policeman getting a suspension of duties and there's a distinct possibility of losing his or her job but that doesn’t need to happen. I state this because if sufficient numbers of policemen and women come out together, much as with many of the coordinated protests or flash mob events that take place and bring to the public’s attention the Star Chamber lite scenario that is occurring within the United Kingdom, this secret programme using updated Stasi methods of punishment that include surveillance – overt and covert, harassment, sleep deprivation tactics and coercing and enabling members of the public to contribute to the harassment and stalking using a rewards system - then the public would or should not allow sackings to take place and those in charge would not dare to try. I will gladly lead the charge against any calls for sacking and try to enlist as many people as I can via social media including the Change.org website

BEST OF BRITISH - cops, taxis and reporters

How you coordinate a mass protest against this extra judicial programme without those pulling your strings hearing about it I doubt is feasible. It WILL cause ripples and fear among those that wish it to remain secret and it is those people hiding in the shadows that need to be outed. You may have knowingly or unknowingly contributed to some of the surveillance and even the harassment but don’t worry as it is NOT you on trial here but those that instigated this programme. PLEASE DO HELP IF YOU CAN. You are doing this because it’s the right thing to do. You are doing this for the innocent and otherwise (not me perhaps) good people who are on the receiving end of this and to help shape a new more open transparent police force that will  “…well and truly serve the Queen in the office of constable, with fairness, integrity, diligence and impartiality, upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to all people; and that will, to the best of your power, cause the peace to be kept and preserved and prevent all offences against people and property; and that while you continue to hold the said office you will to the best of your skill and knowledge discharge all the duties thereof faithfully according to the law”.

  THANK YOU

YOU'RE BRAVERY IS A GIVEN BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF YOUR WORK. CAN YOU GO THAT EXTRA SELF SACRIFICING MILE AND WHISTLEBLOW ON SOMETHING YOU KNOW IS ILLEGAL AND WRONG?

WHISTLEBLOWERS SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO SPEAK WITHOUT FEAR OF LOSING THEIR JOBS OR LIVELIHOODS. ONCE THIS IMPORTANT LEGISLATION WITH REGARDS THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL SECRETS ACT IS IN PLACE THE TRUTH WILL HOPEFULLY BE MADE PUBLIC
